General Questions

We work with small jewelry brands, startup brands, boutiques, Shopify sellers, TikTok Shop sellers, Etsy sellers, Amazon sellers, influencers, and small retailers who need flexible jewelry production without a very high minimum order quantity.
HaoLustra operates its jewelry factory in Qingdao, China. We support product development, sampling, jewelry production, finishing, quality review, packing, and order preparation for B2B projects. Where a project requires specific materials, components, packaging, or specialized processes, these may be sourced or coordinated according to the project requirements.
We support necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, charms, chains, stainless steel jewelry, fashion jewelry, and selected private label jewelry collections. If you already have a product reference, sketch, photo, or existing sample, we can review it before quoting.
No. Our service is designed for small and growing brands. You do not need to start with a large container order. We support low-MOQ production, sample review, and small batch orders so you can test your market first.

MOQ & Pricing

MOQ depends on the product, materials, finish, components, and production setup. For many standard production projects, around 50 pieces per style is a common working reference. For selected suitable projects, lower test quantities may be evaluated after sample approval. A small test batch such as 5 pieces is not a universal MOQ and is reviewed case by case.
In most cases, MOQ is counted per style, per color, or per plating option. For example, one necklace design in gold plating and silver plating may be treated as two variations. We will confirm the exact MOQ after reviewing your design and order requirements.
For selected suitable projects, lower test quantities may be evaluated after sample approval. A small test batch such as 5 pieces is not a universal MOQ and is reviewed case by case. For fully custom designs, mold-based products, or special plating, the production setup is evaluated individually.
Pricing depends on product design, material, size, weight, plating, stones, logo customization, packaging, order quantity, and quality requirements. To give an accurate quote, we usually need product photos, sketches, material preferences, quantity, and packaging details.
Because most orders involve different styles, materials, plating options, and packaging requirements, we usually provide project-based quotations instead of one fixed price list. If you need ready-to-brand styles, we can recommend options based on your target price range.

Samples & Lead Time

Yes. We recommend sample approval before bulk production, especially for custom jewelry, private label packaging, new plating colors, or new product collections.
Sample lead time depends on the design, material, tooling, finish, components, packaging, and revision requirements. We confirm the expected sampling timeline after reviewing the actual project.
For many standard custom projects, USD 50 per design is a common starting reference for sample development. The actual fee depends on the design and development work required. Depending on the project, the fee may include design interpretation, CAD or 3D work where required, tooling or mold work where required, sample production, finishing, basic inspection, and development coordination. For qualified follow-up production orders, the sample development fee may be credited according to the agreed project terms.
Yes. After you receive or review the sample, we can discuss adjustments such as size, plating color, logo placement, chain length, stone color, packaging details, or finishing quality before bulk production.
Bulk production time usually depends on order quantity, product complexity, material availability, plating process, packaging requirements, and peak season capacity. After the sample is approved, we will confirm a production schedule before you place the order.

Custom Design & OEM/ODM

OEM means we produce jewelry based on your own design, sample, drawing, or technical requirements. ODM means we help you select or modify existing designs and turn them into products for your brand.
Yes. You can send us sketches, reference photos, product links, mood boards, or existing samples. We will review the design and confirm whether it is suitable for sampling and production.
Yes. If you only have a brand direction or product idea, we can recommend suitable ready styles, materials, plating colors, and packaging options. This is often a good starting point for small brands.
We do not recommend directly copying protected designs, logos, or branded products. However, you can send reference styles for inspiration, and we can help develop a similar direction with your own brand details and modifications.
Yes. Logo customization can be added through engraving, tags, charms, clasps, backing cards, packaging, or other branding details depending on the product structure.

Private Label & Packaging

Yes. We support private label jewelry for small brands, boutiques, and ecommerce sellers. You can sell the products under your own brand with customized packaging, logo cards, jewelry boxes, pouches, tags, and other brand elements.
Common options include jewelry cards, logo cards, velvet pouches, microfiber pouches, jewelry boxes, drawer boxes, gift boxes, hang tags, barcode labels, and outer packaging. Packaging options depend on your budget, brand style, and order quantity.
Yes. You can provide your logo file, packaging artwork, brand colors, size requirements, and reference images. We can help check whether the design is suitable for production.
Vector files such as AI, PDF, SVG, or high-resolution PNG are preferred. For best results, please provide your logo, color codes, font details, packaging size, and reference mockups if available.

Materials & Plating

We can work with common fashion jewelry and stainless steel jewelry materials, depending on the product type and target price. Material options may include stainless steel, brass, alloy, and selected plated finishes.
Yes. Stainless steel jewelry is a strong option for many small brands because it is durable, suitable for everyday styles, and works well for necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, and men’s jewelry collections.
Yes. Common plating colors include gold, silver, rose gold, and other finishes depending on the base material and production requirements. We can confirm available plating options after reviewing your product design.
We should be careful with absolute claims such as waterproof or hypoallergenic unless the product has the required material, testing, and compliance support. We can help choose suitable materials and finishes based on your market needs.

Quality Control

Yes. We arrange pre-shipment quality checks before delivery. The inspection may include appearance, plating color, size, quantity, logo placement, packaging, and basic functional details depending on the product.
If you find a quality issue, please provide photos, videos, order details, and a clear description. We will review the case with the production team and discuss a reasonable solution based on the issue type and order agreement.
Yes. Sample approval is strongly recommended. Bulk production should be based on the confirmed sample, so both sides have a clear reference for product appearance, size, plating, and packaging.
For larger orders, third-party inspection can be discussed before shipment. Please let us know your inspection requirements before production so we can coordinate the schedule.

Shipping & Orders

Yes. We can support international shipping for overseas buyers. Shipping method, cost, and delivery time depend on destination country, package weight, order volume, and your preferred logistics option.
We mainly support buyers from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other international markets. If you are located in another country, you can still send us your order details for review.
