OEM / ODM ANKLET MANUFACTURING FOR B2B BUYERS

Custom Anklet Manufacturer for Jewelry Brands

HaoLustra is a jewelry manufacturing partner with its own factory in Qingdao, China. We help brands, wholesalers, retailers and sourcing teams review custom anklet projects—from original designs and component specifications to samples, production, quality checks and private label packaging.

Bring a sketch, product reference or existing sample. We can assess anklet designs such as chain, nameplate, initial and charm styles, with lengths, closures and finishes agreed in advance. Our standard custom anklet MOQ is 50 pieces per style, with around 15 days for design development and around 15 days for bulk production, subject to project review.

STYLE & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Custom Anklet Styles to Develop for Your Brand

Custom anklets may include names, initials, charms and adjustable chains. For a business order, the essential step is to define how each design can be specified, sampled and produced consistently, rather than selecting from a ready-stock retail listing.

01

Chain Anklets

Specify link pattern, width, closure and finish. Include the finished length and extender range in the technical brief.

02

Charm Anklets

Discuss charm material, position, attachment points and movement before confirming sample construction.

03

Nameplate Anklets

Send nameplate artwork, character layout, plate dimensions and attachment details for feasibility review.

04

Initial & Logo Anklets

Review initial charms, brand tags or logos with exact artwork and planned positioning.

05

Adjustable & Layered Anklets

Plan length variation, layered-chain balance, connection points and fit against an approved reference.

06

Tennis-Style Anklets

Where suitable, review decorative stone or CZ-style setting references and clasp requirements; feasibility is project-specific.

These are potential development directions, not a guaranteed catalog of HaoLustra finished anklet SKUs. Please send specifications or reference images for feasibility confirmation.

ANKLE-FIT FIRST

Anklet Length, Extender Chains, Clasps & Specifications

Unlike a standard wrist bracelet, an ankle bracelet needs its own fit and movement assessment. State a finished length, intended adjustment range, chain thickness and clasp construction rather than treating another jewelry category’s dimensions as interchangeable.

  • Fit: finished length, extender range and intended wearing position
  • Chain: style, link size, width and requested metal base
  • Closures: clasp type, jump rings and connection details
  • Decoration: charm position, nameplate size, initials or logo tags
  • Production: finish reference, quantity by style and packaging

MATERIALS & BRAND DETAILS

Materials, Gold-Tone Finishes & Personalized Anklet Details

Chain, nameplate and charm anklets may call for different materials and construction. HaoLustra can review fashion-jewelry base metals, plating or decorative finish directions, and components against your actual design.

Base metal and finish are different specifications. Gold-tone, gold-plated, gold-filled and solid-gold jewelry must not be treated as equivalent. A metal grade identifies a specific alloy or material specification (for example, 304 versus 316L stainless steel); it is not the same as plating color. Confirm the requested base-metal grade, coating and any testing requirements for the chosen project. HaoLustra does not claim one grade applies to every anklet.

Personalized name anklets or initial anklets can inform an OEM brief, but retail personalization demand does not guarantee a production method or minimum quantity. Artwork, fit, placement and any tooling must be reviewed first.

For any required material certificate, nickel-related test, waterproof claim or specific coating standard, describe the requirement in your RFQ. Availability and documentation are subject to written confirmation.

TWO PRODUCTION ROUTES

OEM & ODM Custom Anklet Manufacturing

Choose a development route based on the design information you already have. A clear brief helps reduce unnecessary sample revisions.

OEM · Your Original Design

Start from your approved artwork, drawing, technical specification or sample. Review construction, materials, chain lengths, branding and required components before sampling and bulk planning.

ODM · Adapt a Suitable Style

Begin with a feasible existing design direction and discuss changes such as charm details, finish, dimensions or packaging. The extent of customization depends on the selected base design and production route.

STEP 01

Share the Reference

Send sketches, photos, a sample or specification file with expected use and target market.

STEP 02

Confirm the Specs

Agree on length, chain construction, base metal, finish, components and project quantities.

STEP 03

Review Design & Sample

Allow around 15 days for design development. Review dimensions, clasps, charms, finish and any sample revisions before approval.

STEP 04

Confirm Bulk Production

Allow around 15 days for bulk production after the agreed design and sample are approved. Confirm QC, packing, any added steps and shipment separately.

Standard custom anklet MOQ: 50 pieces per style. Reference planning: approximately 15 days for design development and 15 days for bulk production. Feasibility, special tooling, sample revisions and any changes to the schedule are confirmed in the quotation. This is not a 30-day door-to-door delivery promise.

SAMPLING & COMMERCIAL TERMS

50-Piece MOQ, Design Development & Production Timelines

HaoLustra’s standard minimum order for custom anklets is 50 pieces per design/style. Please state the quantity for each individual design when requesting a quote. Special tooling, dedicated components or uncommon material specifications still require feasibility review.

Reference schedule: approximately 15 days for design development and 15 days for bulk production after the design and sample are approved. These are two separate stages. Physical sampling scope, revisions, special component procurement, shipping and any project-specific changes are confirmed in the quotation.

  • MOQ: 50 pieces per confirmed anklet style/design
  • Design: about 15 days for design development; sample and revision scope confirmed per project
  • Production: about 15 days for bulk production after the approved design/sample
  • Other timing: material sourcing, extra revisions and shipping quoted separately where applicable

QUALITY THAT CAN BE CHECKED

How HaoLustra Checks Chain Connections & Finishes

For anklet development, agree on measurable specifications and an approved reference sample. Relevant inspection points can include finished length, clasp opening and closure, jump rings, visible charm attachments, plating appearance, SKU identification and packaging accuracy.

Where the buyer requires a specific laboratory test, metal certificate or formal compliance document, that request should be reviewed before the order. Visual inspection alone is not proof of a guaranteed performance rating.

PRIVATE LABEL & LONG-TERM SUPPLY

Private Label Anklet Packaging & Reorder Planning

Support a consistent collection presentation with suitable product cards, boxes, pouches, logo labels or care inserts. The packaging must suit the anklet length, clasp and any charm or nameplate so the product can be packed without unnecessary tangling or damage.

Packaging artwork, MOQ, sample or mockup, cost and timing are agreed separately from jewelry production. Approved specification and packaging references can be used when reviewing later reorders.

BUYER DECISIONS

Custom Anklet Manufacturing FAQ

Answers for brands assessing design feasibility, product quality, private label options and bulk order requirements.

Where can small jewelry brands find a custom anklet manufacturer?

Brands seeking OEM/ODM anklets should compare factories on design review, samples, anklet-length specifications, chain and clasp quality checks, and packaging support. HaoLustra is a Qingdao-based jewelry manufacturing partner that reviews custom anklet requirements for professional buyers.

Can HaoLustra develop a custom anklet from my sketch or existing sample?

Send a drawing, inspiration image, technical file or physical reference. We can review the design, materials, closure construction and quantity, then confirm the suitable development route. Protected logos or designs should not be copied without authorization.

What is the MOQ for custom anklet manufacturing?

HaoLustra’s standard MOQ for custom anklets is 50 pieces per design/style. If your collection includes different anklet designs, list the required quantity for each style. Specialized parts, materials and tooling requirements are reviewed before a final quotation.

Can I request a sample before a bulk anklet order?

Yes, you can discuss sampling before production. The sample should be used to approve length, clasp, charm placement, appearance, finish and packaging. Fees, revisions and timing are quoted after specification review.

Can you customize anklet length, extender chains and clasps?

These can be reviewed as part of the design specification. Provide the target finished length, adjustment range, link dimensions, fastening method, charm position and use case. The final workable options are confirmed through feasibility and sample review.

Which metals and finishes can be used for custom anklets?

HaoLustra works across fashion-jewelry materials and finishes, but the exact combination available for your anklet depends on the construction and production route. State the intended base metal and surface finish separately; a gold-tone finish is not a solid-gold claim.

How much does custom anklet production cost?

Pricing depends on chain length and construction, metal and finish, charms or nameplates, clasp components, development or tooling, quantity, and branded packaging. Send an RFQ so the same specifications can be used for quotation.

How long do custom anklet design development and bulk production take?

Our reference schedule is around 15 days for design development and around 15 days for bulk production after design and sample approval. The phases are counted separately; sample revisions, special sourcing and international shipping are not automatically included. Confirm the final timetable with the quotation.

How are chain links, clasps and finishes checked?

Checks can cover approved length, link and jump-ring appearance, clasp operation, charm attachment, finish consistency, quantity and packaging against an agreed sample or specification. Any special performance testing must be specified and confirmed separately.

Can I order nameplate, initial or charm anklets with branded packaging?

Nameplate, initial, logo and charm directions can be submitted for feasibility review. HaoLustra supports private-label jewelry packaging such as cards, pouches, boxes and labels; artwork, quantities and cost for packaging are confirmed separately.

Can I combine several anklet styles in one order?

Multiple designs can be reviewed in one collection brief. The minimum quantity and production route are assessed for each style or shared component rather than assuming all styles can be freely mixed.

What is the difference between custom anklet manufacturing and wholesale ready-stock anklets?

Custom manufacturing begins with a design or an approved modification and includes specification review, sampling and production planning. Ready-stock anklet wholesale focuses on choosing existing finished products. This page covers the former; ready-stock availability requires a separate sourcing review.
